At Abaya Elegance, we take pride in the quality of our abayas and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
- You can return your order within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Return Costs & Delivery Charges
- Return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer.
- Any delivery charges paid are non-refundable.
- If delivery charges were waived as part of a promotion, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Request a Return (Self-Serve)
We accept return requests directly through your customer account. Please follow the steps below:
- Click the "Request a Return" button below to go to your account login page.
- Log in using your email address (you will receive a 6-digit verification code via email).
- Select the order and the specific item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose a reason for the return and submit your request.
Our team will review your request, and you will receive an email update with further instructions once approved.
